Description
i started this over the summer, and its taken me a while to finish coloring it due to school and stuff, and finally, cause i had some free time today, i finished it!!! it was well worth the wait to figure out what to do to finish it off!
My naruto OC Sairah Mizutaki, the wings are a referance to her jutsu, so either u can take it as literally her jutsu in the image or a representation ^^
please give me some advice for the BG and coloring! it would be very appriciated!
Also, i drew this over the summer, so I kno theres probably SOMETHING I have to correct. im better now. but i tried to correct it as best as possible.

Overall Vision Originality Technique
ImpactWell done, the background adds to the characters importance. The reflection was a nice idea along with the wing to represent her jutsu. The pose is wonderful and everything is in proportion. The colors contrast nicely with each other making it an even better picture. The only thing I would have done differently was make a larger character with less background or atleast a slightly less colorful background. When I look at the picture I first focus on the background when I should be looking at the character. The shading was done well and the style of the character suits the Naruto series. Over all a very nice job.
